Spa Pros has a $99 Diagnostic Fee which is applied towards work authorized for completion. Aside from having a free diagnosis, we have one of the lowest diagnostic fees in the industry! Why do we NOT offer a free diagnosis? Because we have highly trained technicians that have over 15 years experience in the field and fully stocked vehicles to provide you with quick, efficient services. In fact, we are so confident that we can fix any problem that you have, we will not charge a diagnostic fee if we can not provide you with a quote for the repair needed.
Our appointment times range from 9am-5pm in two hour windows. Once you have set up an appointment a technician will come to your home, perform a diagnosis, and contact you with the repairs that are needed. You don’t even have to be home for the visit as long as there is open access to the property. Upon authorization we will complete the necessary repair/install depending on the availability of the parts needed. Parts are typically available within 3-5 business days if they are not in stock at the time of diagnosis.
Is your spa not working at all? If it seems like there is no power getting to the spa try resetting the GFCI before calling to set up an appointment. Sometimes, power surges or outages in the area can cause the GFCI to trip which will cut the power off from the spa. Simply push the reset button on the GFCI and see if the spa starts working again. If it trips automatically after resetting, you need a repair. The ground fault circuit interrupter or GFCI is a safety device that protects you from being electrocuted and is necessary to bring your spa equipment to code.
